"Sustainable Mentoring" Our fifth and final community workshop is being held on April 22nd, 2008 at the Mississauga Convention Centre, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
At only the cost of lunch $25.00 per person, you will have a chance to enjoy two featured speakers : Andrew Taylor - presenting "Tracking Mentoring Performance", and Sheila Goldgrab - a professional leadership coach - presenting "Taking the Mystery out of Inspiring Mentoring Conversations".
In this information packed day you will learn how to create sustainable mentoring programs and relationships. In the morning learn how to create effective and practical tracking tools for mentoring programs, and how to use tracking to enhance your programs and service delivery.
In the afternoon you will come to understand the growing power of mentoring, what mentors and coaches have in common, and the keys to creating an empowered mentee. You will witness and inspired mentoring conversation.
